Biography :
Mr. Adil Osman, the Executive Vice President at KBMS Global and formerly the Director of Recruiting and a Senior Program Manager at Torres, has a Master’s of Science Degree in Business Adminisration and working towards a PhD in Global Business and Leadership. He has over 20 years of government service while on Active Military Duty (retired) and 10 years providing Linguist services as Director, Manager and Supervisor, including Linguist Quality Control Manager for key U.S. government language contracts. Mr. Osman is a Service Disabled Veteran and a Bronze Star Medal recipient of Desert Strom in Iraq. Mr. Osman has also served as a linguist for the U.S. Army, the FBI and the Defense Intelligence Agency under Operation Desert Storm, Operation Enduring Freedum and Operation Iraqi Freedom. He is certified by the American Translation Association and the Department of Defense. Additionally, Mr. Osman is certified in Hazardous Waste Handling and Management, Equal Opportunity leadership, Instructor and Combat Lifesavers. Mr. Osman was selected by the Department of the Army to compete for the White House Fellowship Program. Until recently, Mr. Osman was managing contracts for the Federal Bureau of Prison, the State Department, and INSCOM.Previously, Mr. Osman held positions as Vice President, Program Manager and Director of Language Services responsible for a variety of government contracts under the Department of Defense (DOD), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). In addition to his experience as a manager responsible for large government contracts, Mr. Osman has served as Adjunct Professor at Cameron University in Oklahoma teaching courses in Management, Supervisory Leadership and Economics. Mr. Osman is fluent in English, Arabic, and some German.
